What are your views on the ban sought on free IVF for obese women in the UK?
Posted in Health Insurance AdviceYet the government are saying that single and same sex couples should be given IVF as long as they are under 40 years of age. Is this fattism? Are they right to say OK to gays but not to obese women? How will they determine other treatments in the future? Smokers will not get treatment for lung cancer, alcoholics will not get treatment for liver disease!!!

I am delighted to see and hear so many intelligent and thoughtful ansers, but I want to understand, where do we stop in the discrimination of minority groups, and why do we consider minority groups? Why should we not be considering the majority instead? After all, are we not all equal and should expect equal rights?
