how can i handle the fact that im at big risk of chronic physical illnesses because i have BPD?

i have numerous psychiatric problems including PTSD and borderline personality - sadly, ive been failed by the mental health services all through my life - im now 31 and having to fight for the right treatment program with the help of my mum.

ive been inactive for many years and are out of shape and very unfit, ive endured a very traumatic and stressful life so far, im very badly agoraphobic……cant get outside……have problems controlling rage.

i have no one there for me except my mum, whos always been there and very loving and caring and done her best.

i have sisters but, although they care, theyve had very happy ok lives and drifted apart from me.

my ankle was recently operated on because i torn the tendons in it months ago, the cast came off yesterday.

ive lost alot of online friends since i got the net and got online in 2005, nobody ims me on yahoo messenger anymore or emails me through this site…….i thought id built up a lot of associates.

but because of my illness i have low self esteem….get clingy…struggle to communicate or talk to people have mood changes…..get rage feel to desperate for friendship…….act too needy……slump into depressions….dont respond to email messages because im scared of rejection etc……………….

this is why i feel people and my associates have abandoned me.

so thats worrying me.

about 2 months ago i was tested for diabetes and got the ” all clear ”

however, yesterday i was reading this article about borderline personality disorder and it greatly worried me - heres what it said in it :

im living on disability in a one bedroom apartment, missed out on life , missed out on relationships - employment , not getting the right care- i have more than enough to cope with and get through..

now im worried what the article said about physical risks with bpd - what do i do ?
