Can ur eyesight really improve without artificial devices or surgery?
Posted in Health Insurance CostIve always been reluctant to wear glasses/contact lenses from my teenage years and have dabbled with vision improvment techniques. What sparked the interest was a few books which led me to have flashes of clear vision. Im even more reluctant to have ortho-k cos of the hygiene risks and esp laser surgery. At the moment I wear a slightly reduced prescription of glasses. What I wanna know is - am I wasting my time?

Yes it can. I suffered from bad vision and was able to completely improve it through eye exercises. Eye exercises require persistence, but they are worth every bit of it!
Flashes of clear vision are the first step of vision improvement and should answer your question about wasting time. Have you ever had these clear flashes by following advice from your eye doctors? I don’t think so.
The more you exercise your eyes, the more lasting your clear flashes will be and your prescription will begin to drop.

not wearing the prescription glasses you need is NOT going to make them better. However, I have been wearing glasses and contacts since the age of 5 and just recently was told my eyes have gotten better. So, use the correct prescription.

Can’t help you to much. bUT I’ve always had very good vision.
There have been a couple of times when I noticed my vision was getting a little less perfect. I would then concentrate on improving just by testing it with signs and seeing if i could manually focus. After a while my vision is back to normal. This has happened to me maybe 3 or so times in my life and I’m 29 now.

LUTEIN CAN BE FOUND IN THE VITAMIN SECTION OF WALMART. THEY ALSO HAVE A MIXTURE FOR THE EYES CONTAINING THE LUTEIN. I HAVE TALKED TO OLDER PEOPLE THAT HAVE EYE PROBLEMS WHOSE EYE DRS HAVE TOLD THEM TO GET THE COMBINATION FOR THEIR EYES. AFTER TAKING THE LUTEIN ($6.00/bottle), MY EYES HAD IMPROVED. I AM 50 AND WEARING GLASSES SINCE I WAS 10. THIS WAS THE FIRST THEY HAD IMPROVED.

you know, i’m not sure. But i ate a shit load of carrots the day before i went to the doctors and i went from 20-20 vision to 15-20. I didn’t even know that was possible. =)
